About Us

Debbie Catz has been a Social Worker for over 25 years. She has extensive experience working with all populations, from children to the elderly, in both the public and private sectors. She received her Masters Degree in Social Work in 1980.

Debbie, a California native, has just returned to Northern California after 10 years out of state. During these years she finished raising her son and had an active practice in HypnoFertility and HypnoBirthing along with additional and more in depth training and experience in Past Life Soul Regression. With 11 years of experience as a psychotherapist, she has now decided to move away from traditional psychotherapy and assist people to tap into their inner strengths through the use of their mind. Her intention is to help people achieve fertility, a gentle birth and an array of other life changes through the easy, yet powerful, process of hypnosis. Through the use of hypnosis people are empowered to tap into their inner strengths discovering their innate gifts. The ultimate goal being to achieve mental, emotional and spiritual healing and growth. As a clinical hypnotherapist she brings the same deep compassion and commitment to her work that she has for her entire professional life as a Social Worker and Psychotherapist.

Debbie, an affiliate of the HypnoBirthing® Institute, is certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy and has additional certifications as a HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator, HypnoFertility Therapist, HypnoBirthing® Professional Labor Companion (comparable to a “Doula”) and Past Life Soul Regression Therapist. She is also certified in Parenting Education and has extensive experience in the substance abuse field. She is a member in good standing with the National Guild of Hypnotists, one of the oldest and largest hypnosis organizations of its kind.
